All I want is to see him fight really good guys his weight division. That's all. But he keeps pulling **** like this over and over and over. Calzaghe even had to climb up one division bro.
The Zag fight was a necessity though. This rematch with Roy Jones and definitely this fight with Ornelas is not.

    • What in the alfonso gomez is going on here? Could he not have not gotten at least bj Flores?? not suprised that ex is fighting a tune up, dont really care.ain't no way in hell he fighting on hbo, especially on a Wednesday..maybe they will have it on versus and replace that Verno vs quintana matchup if quintana takes that clottey fight on the 5th..maybe ex is trying to get someone easy enough to get a KO to show he wants that he wants that 60% percent ,

                • My only issue is that Jones is fighting stiffer competition. While Hopkins is fighting a sacrificial lamb. (Forgive me for not checking) Isn't Jones's opponent a beltholder at cruiserweight? Anyway I don't see how tuneups really help if you are fighting someone who will not challenge or test you in anyway (unless you are trying to restore confidence which clearly is not the case here). Hopkins will probably get more tested sparring than in the actual fight lol. How will Hopkins mopping the floor with some stiff correlate with a fight with Jones who be exponentially better and faster than Hopkins tomota can?? Call it what it is: a record-padding money grab. They better not insult us further and try to make it PPV.

Danny Green has the IBO belt, which isn't really a belt.

Enrique Ornelas is a middleweight who has been dropped by the likes of Norberto Bravo.

I maybe in the minority, or maybe I am the only one. But, I give the IBO belt more value than I do the WBC, WBA, IBF, and WBO.
