No, Amer Abdullah mentioned that it was before he had joined and that is what he heard. Then he said, a "take it or leave it" offer would be sent for FUry but we know it never happened.

Also, just because you did not know about Al Turki does not mean other people are as ignorant about it. Its been going on for some time. Al Turki is the guy behind the funds and Skills Challenge was just the middleman. Hearn kept telling us how amazing it would but when we came to the actual fight,.They never sent a contract so Fury accepting or refusing the coin stuff is irrelevant.

Turki Alalskikh is the guy in Saudi that has the say on all the events there and he said there's been a lot of rubbish talked about other fights there like AJ v Wilder but it's not true and its not true unless it comes from him.

For months Eddie kept saying "The Saudis are in town next week to do the deal" and it's "locked in for december" but now the top guy over there says it wasn't true.

As soon as he was called out on it, he started changing his tune and saying they were looking at different locations and stop mentioning Saudi, so why should we believe that?

I think most of it knew it wasn't happening in December, but now it looks like it was never even a possibility anyway if Eddie's lies are anything to by.

Hopefully someone will come in with a big offer they can't refuse and they'll fight, I'd love to see it, but it's time to ignore anything Hearn says about it.
Goes both ways though. Sounds like neither Hearn or pbc are making any headway. Wilder b!tched out and ducked the fight with Ruiz and AJ still looks like a deer in headlights when he fights.
the Saudis shouldve made a hw tourney....hrg vs Sanchez, AJ vs Ruiz and Wilder vs Zhang.

Always remember that this Joshua/Wilder rivalry was resurrected by no other than that clown Shirley Finkel.

Wilder's fight with Helenius was already being promoted and here was this Winkel guy feeding the media with
his Joshua/Wilder should be revived thing. Won't even contact Hearn, but eventually did due to fans' pressure.

The best fight in boxing is on. Who cares what it means for Hearn?
A lot of these so called boxing fans are motivated more by a weird irrational hatred of certain promoters than by love of the sport.

It doesn't take long for people to start trying to rewrite history. It won't wash though, because what Amer Abdullah really said is up online for anyone to hear.

He said the negotiations had already started when he was put in charge but he was involved in all the talks and, with the amount of money that was on the table, it was unbelievable to him that the fight couldn't get made.

And I don't know why you are throwing Eddie Hearn's name into the mix here. Eddie wasn't involved in the Fury/Usyk negotiations in any way.

Eddie does not lie! He takes the truth and makes it exciting to us regular people. Eddie studied math with Einstein's cousin who told him, "Eddie say it enough times it will happen and be the truth!" See how smart Eddie is? And Herniacs are not ******ed, they like having pointy heads and low IQ's for the style.

It is sad that this Wilder vs Joshua fight can't even be made in America. Wilder is asking for too much money that even Espinoza stopped covering his fights.

Nobody knows why only Hearn is getting the brunt of the blame when there's no B side or A side in this fight. Isn't Wilder still with PBC? Why is it Hearn's obligation to make this fight happen when Wilder as well as his trainer and manager are the ones pushing for it?

A single sentence is hardly an "emotional rant," but by all means, come to the aid of poor Eddie. People are bullying him, and you're sad.

Know why people bring those three things up? Because Eddie Hearn is a terrible promoter who came to the USA arrogantly predicting a "take over" and "The End of PPV" and years later, he's an utter failure trying to justify putting Haney/Prograis on PPV knowing it's going to tank, and lying about giving us Wilder/AJ THIS TIME after we've watched Joshua have several mental breakdowns.

That's what happens when you're the promoter to jump in front of the camera 100% of the time in hopes to take 100% of the praise.

The blame falls in your lap when it turns out youre full of ****.
