Part of me says it's mere bluff. I can't see Haney going back to 135. Haney has to use his undisputed rep to sell himself in the next division, albeit temporarily. He might stick at 140 if he beats Prograis. By then he won't need the undisputed selling point.

I like Santos but he's nowhere near ready for Shakur. Santos is a top prospect/new contender, he's inexperienced with facing the big dogs. But opportunity waits for no man, let's see if Santos can handle the deep waters.

Shakur's best win is Valdez. Santos would beat the crap out of him.
