And even if what you're sayin is true, Shakur is fighting for 1 belt and had too many top guys turn him down. Martin said Shakur offered 17%?

And what I meant by call Haneys bluff was to accept the 25% to fight for UNDISPUTED. Huge diff to what hes fighting for now

No idea where they were ranked but he was fighting decent fighters, go look it up. I care more about the skills and attributes a fighter shows in the ring. Santos has explosive speed and power, in both hands which is independent of his opponents. Plus he can box also i know the fighter he beat in his last fight was regarded as a good fighter and santos won every round.

They made Haney emeritus champion, so Shakur's fighting for a vacant belt. Shakur was entitled to at least 30% just from being the mandatory challenger, which is why he had them press Haney. He probably wasn't expecting Haney to let go of the belt. 17% for Martin's news to me.
