I mean, Inoue is 20-0 with 18 knockouts in world title fights, and 80% of his fights have been world title fights across 5 divisions, half against world champions or opponents ranked in the top 10 by Ring or other credible organizations. He's fought the consensus #1 guy in his divisional debut 3 times. Needs a few more HOF guys on his resume, but he's got a few more years left too.

Personally, I think that just shows that there are too many "champions" in this day and age. And that goes with anyone. Seems like almost everyone has some belt in a way. So while that's obviously not Canelo's fault, it has more meaning than it should.

        Blanket statements.
Anyone who can fight more than once a week or 15x a year is padding the stats.
The sport was overwhelmed with bartenders and stay at home dads trying to make ends meet. What better way than boxing ?
Those were also the most corrupt days in boxing history.
But, yeah....no need to analyze a MFer when you can just regurgitate what was written

Dumb. Even for a complete moron like you. Canelo failed a drug test. You idiot.

I don't mean to sound rude or disrespectful but the answer to your question if Canelo could somehow surpass SRR is an emphatic fuck no!

You really love Canelo huh? We'll see what else he accomplishes if he fights 4-5 more years. It'll hard to avoid Benavidez for that long.

How the hell are documented facts "blanket statements"? And boxrec isn't my only source, but I think it's pretty reliable. Talk about regurgitating some bs cliche' that you learned in high school. "Blanket statements"

He'll find a way or retire first.
