I do wonder if Froch would have a different take if Joshua hadn't left Rob McCracken.
He's also not wrong though.
Joshua really struggled to get any offense going. He was content keeping Helenius on the end of the jab and didn't want to close the distance to land bigger shots or any combos.
Old AJ would have taken Helenius out in a couple of rounds.
