this clown is also constantly saying the wbc cleared him too, huh, they said he 'may' have eaten too many eggs & it resulted in his condition to fail the test, which he actually rejects as an argument himself, so the people who his is quoting as clearing him are actually wrong in his eyes too in their assessment, lol, its like a bad comedy sketch

the headline says it all, getting caught with peds is now more of a legal issue than anything else, a legal inconvenience when it should be a standard ban based on the substance with no excuses accepted, this sort of stuff puts people off the sport i would say, unless u are a big fan of the person and actually believe them maybetokon likes this.

Benn and Hearn signed up to VADA but somehow have a problem with their testing. Hearn needs to stop been a hypocrite as his taking a different stance on Benn, Whyte & Miller. Connor failed two tests he should face BBBoC take his ban and keep himself clean. He would have been more respect than going through all this denial.

how did they explain his positive test? where did the clomid come from etc
in order to clear someone i presume u have to have evidence that they are not at fault? where is this evidence
if i was innocent & had this evidence surely i would be sharing it with everyone or maybe the report is out there somewhere & im just too lazy to find it
The judgement appears to be that UKAD have no jurisdiction to suspend or ban him as he didn't fail a UKAD test.
BBBC can't suspend him because he doesn't hold a BBBC licence.
Appears to me to be a very clever "legal" arguement that completely avoids the subject of whether/how/why Benn actually had PEDs in his system.Smash likes this.

And then, if Benn agreed to VADA testing and by having his blood taken by a VADA agent he did agree the validity of VADA testing and test results, then how can he then afterwards claim that VADA's test results are invalid?
I would say that UKAD has every reason to appeal.
Having said that, the NAPD will have heard all the arguments that I outlined above. They also submit to WADA rules and testing as does UKAD normally. I think the crux of the matter is if Benn signed off on VADA testing - if he did I believe his argument is weakened.Tonyu likes this.
