    The appeal won’t go anywhere.

It’s just then wasting his time.

At this point, they may aswell just let him fight.

so what were the original findings that cleared benn from the national anti doping panel?

how did they explain his positive test? where did the clomid come from etc

in order to clear someone i presume u have to have evidence that they are not at fault? where is this evidence

if i was innocent & had this evidence surely i would be sharing it with everyone or maybe the report is out there somewhere & im just too lazy to find it

So Benn was never cleared of wrong-doing, it's just that he argued VADA tests shouldn't be considered as being under UK jurisdiction and therefore UK authorities have no right to punish him. He again lied to the public when claiming to have proven himself innocent. He was cleared on a technicality just like everyone predicted.

If you read the article, they claimed UKAD had no jurisdiction to punish him because VADA did the testing and the National Anti-Doping panel agreed. Rather than prove he didn't dope, his legal team would rather push a legal loophole

the guy has a scowling menace look about him, i wasnt one bit surprised when he popped & with his buzz light year poses just adds to it, he can play the bad guy well i guess & the sport allows it because of the cash guys can bring in but the whole episode is just embarrassing as are a lot of the positive tests & their drama excuses, they surely must have totally corrupt incompetent people in charge, its like the judges in boxing, everyone knows they are not impartial but they pretend they are

makes it even worse if he is claiming to be proven innocent then if thats all hes got, a loophole & a very silly one at that, whats the point of testing that is not valid in the tested country, that sounds like a total mess to me
