Floyd did not ask for the catchweight - Canelo’s team offered 152 in the early stages, and Floyd and Leonard held them to it. That was team Canelo’s first mistake…

At this point Canelo would crush Bud after so many heavier big hitters on his resume. Just their sizes.

Correction! What he means to say is that he won’t face Crawford unless he moves up to 168.

After all, he is fighting a natural smaller man in Jermell Charlo who is skipping two weight classes in order to do it.

The only reason why he won’t fight Crawford is because of his refusal to compromise his weight advantage.

Let me guess, you thought Spence was going to mop the floor with Crawford right? And now you're pissy because Crawford totally outclassed him. Only the most bias fans or total morons who don't know a thing about boxing would still be downplaying Crawford's win. Even Spence had the class after the fight to not make weight excuses. He was the unified welterweight champ. He signed the contract, he wasn't fighting at a catchweight, he was fighting at the weight he always fought at.

Are you a total moron or are you being sarcastic? Crawford can't get down lower than 147 anymore which is why he's moving up to 154. Tank is a heavy lightweight and could easily move up to 140 where he has fought before already. What about that don't you understand? Canelo is fighting at 168 and Crawford hasn't even fought at 154 yet.

This might illustrate the state of the sport. The biggest names are far enough apart in weight that they shouldn't face each other, but due to popular demand, they make it and someone takes a big risk. Davis is massive at the lower weights, Crawford said it himself, he wouldn't fight Davis because he wouldn't get credit for beating up a little man. That would apply to Canelo if he beat up on Crawford. Instead, we need more comparable stars within each weight class so these guys don't need to take health risks to fight guys completely out of their weight divisions.

You basically had Davis clear out the star at lightweight in Ryan Garcia. Now you had Crawford clear out the star in Spence. I wouldn't necessarily call Charlo a star yet unless he beats Canelo. We just need more money making fighters within each division.

Your guess is wrong. I picked Crawford TKO9 Spence.
