There is something strange with that chin of Helenius but even with his sometimes very fragile chin, it would be an extreme longshot that Ngannou would ever land on it.
Edit: I'm frankly shocked that anyone is actually picking Ngannou. Stranger things I guess

5-10 years ago, I would go with Helenius. Today, quite possibly Ngannou.
People are underestimating Ngannou because he's coming from MMA and because there is an overall negative atmosphere around the Fury fight. If you can look past that negatively, Ngannou is physically stronger, more fit and agile, more aggressive, possibly has a better chin, and is a bigger puncher. What he lacks is boxing experience but we must not forget that MMA fighters also use punches routinely which makes MMA a superset of boxing. It would be easier for an MMA guy to transition to boxing than a boxer going to MMA.
Ngannou will lose to a technical boxer that is good in defense and counterpunching because he isn't experienced enough but could potentially KO an average boxer. Helenius is not elusive and has a suspect chin at this age.Comment

Every mma fighter who has tried boxing has looked like ****e. Mcgregor seemed a big puncher in mma amd seemed a soft puncher in the ring as a boxer5-10 years ago, I would go with Helenius. Today, quite possibly Ngannou.

At his prime, I'd with Helenius. Right now, after Wilder debackle and injuries, I'd say Ngannou could 'Reem the Finn.Comment

Helenius is packing glass but guys like him usually look to have an iron chin compared to non boxers . Fury will have to hold back a lot if he wants his own fight to last a bit long ,hopefully he does and Ngannou does land a Miracle shot that staples Fury to the canvas but Helenius would be the guy teaching Ngannou in sparring so I still say Mike Tyson should be fighting Fury he absolutely destroys Ngannou if they wanted a circus fight that was the one but probably to dangerous for Fury and wouldn’t risk it had that been an option.Comment

Probably Helenius but Ngannou would definitely have a shot. Helenius got home cooking against MMA fighter Kharitanov in the ammys. Also some random 41 year old who has only been fighting since 2021 just lasted 3 rounds with him and did alright. Hes not untouchable, but yeah he should win.Comment
