This means nothing I question why you would say something like this like it means something in the big picture, I can show you the greatest fighters in history dropping rounds to contenders even losing to them, it means zero as far as the top guy not being a top guy, its easy to see why they are putting Tank in their top ten.

Tank never won a world title at 135 or 140. He only won regular titles. And dont say they count.

Because if you say they count, then that means Daniel Dubois is currently a heavyweight champion since he holds the exact titles that Tank won at 135 and 140.
