Not knocking on Charlo BUT every single boxer will do whatever it takes to get the Canelo lottery.
Spence was willing to do it and I bet even the 140 pounders will grab the opportunity if it came their way.
Khan gets props for going up to face Canelo and Khan is garbage.

No of course not! Hopefully it’s at 154 too! I just felt like he was pushing the narrative, considering the fact that Errol has not filed for the rematch. Just felt it was premature to make that assumption. Charlo is doing the right thing by taking the Nelo fight period. Money and also legacy. I also think that he is trying to do what his brother couldn’t do at the time, which should add some motivation. Win or lose, Charlo is going to have some serious issues getting back to 54. I think if he wins, he stays at 68, loses and he winds up at 60. Thoughts?

I'm not seeing where you're coming from at all. Would you mind breaking it down for me?Comment

I think spence fkd up by taking the fight at 147, even in his previous fight he looked drained and then there's the car accident. I wouldn't mind watching the rematch at 154 but we all know crawford is sneaky and won't take the fight because he only takes fights which he knows he can't lose. People are saying he was the better man, but how come that dude from Lithuania did better and gave crawford a good whoopin while the fight lasted while spence looked done after round 2 even know nothing major hit him at that time? It's because he was drained and was fighting to survive just being there.

Spence can’t beat Bud at 154, 160 or any weight you excuse makers make. He doesn’t have the style to beat a fighter like Bud. He isn’t crafty enough. I’ve been blocked by many Spence fans I see, lmao. I go to quote their posts and realize that they are truly butt hurt over losing money that they had no clue that they would lose. Now Spence was weight drained, lmao, Bud told you before the fight and years ago that the excuses will fly. Right now Spence fans don’t have an opinion on boxing. Ban them for a year talking boxing and have them perform Community service for 3 years lol…Last edited by Raggamuffin; 08-08-2023, 04:36 PM.Comment

He's a prizefighter. He took the Canelo fight for the money. What other fight is he going to get a big PPV for? Win or lose against Canelo, he's the guy at 154. Sounds like he wants Spence to rematch Bud at 154, and that gives him a chance to take his belt back from Tim if he can, before a big fight with Crawford. If he beats Canelo, who is he going to fight at 168 that's a bigger fight than Crawford, especially if he's avenging his stablemate?

if he somehow beats canelo he's in unique territory. A rematch would likely be on the cards and he'll definitely not be going back to 154 should he go back to back at 168.

Should he lose to canelo he'll almost certainly take a physical but more importantly mental beating. He may be a prizefighter but a loss will damage confidence and history tells us a tune up fight would be the right decision before jumping in with tsyzu or crawford. At 33 it's not easy to jump to 168 and cut straight back down to 154, that takes a toll on your body

He probably walks around about 180-185 if he fights twice at 168 it won't be easy for him to cut back down to 154. They can say what they want physiologically it may not be a smart move the body doesn't lieComment

3rd fight he then got Loma
Great job from TRComment
