That's because the one with Rivas was picked up by UKAD who have a confidentiality agreement.

Whereas this was picked up by VADA, who don't.

Not entirely true. VADA also has a confidentiality agreement, but they are bound to notify ALL sides, whereas UKAD only notifies one side, the party that tested positive, and the British Board.

Exactly this, which is why this fight fell apart. Whyte's positive test was hidden from Rivas.

Joshua was informed by VADA and there was no way in hell he was going forward against Whyte, who got popped for the third time in his career.

              Really? I didn't know that.

I was always under the impression that VADA didn't have a confidentiality agreement but I guess that makes sense because if they notify both sides then it's not really confidential.

Realistically, I don't think either should have a confidentiality agreement when the matter is as serious as this.

Everyone's juiced up to some extent. Of course they're all pushing the boundaries - no-one is completely clean.

                  The crime is getting caught.

Guarantee this will be another trace elements type finding.

Hrgovic would definitely take that fight with Joshua ,he makes more money ina Joshua fight and potential upset knowing he has an advantage over Joshua with his awkward style on week notice . He may lose his mandatory but he won’t see the Joshua money fight anywhere else . It’s not going to happen anyway no one competent would advise Joshua for such a risk.
