He does a lot of talking, so no, he's not different. When he actually gets in the ring with the fighters he claims he can beat so easily, I'll start paying attention.

He is talented and he actually goes to fights trying to get a match. People should be happy this dude wants to fight anybody.

does this guy not have an offer of 25% for a haney fight on the table? thats a good offer for all the belts being a challenger if so & if he is so confident just take it asap, i dont see why he wouldnt bite haneys hand off for this chance if its the case, he can make the money up on the rematch and hes to boss with all the titles, no brainer really

No different than nearly everyone else who talks about what they want to do. If he means what he says and acts on it, THAT would make him different than most. One can only hope

I think he's established enough to be his own boss and take care of business.

I don't think there'll be another Amir Khan, who was with PBC, but was able to cross the street any time and any way he liked.
In other words, he acted on his call outs. He didn't just talk, he made efforts to walk the walk and not just talk.

If you mean Shakur who is with TR, can bravely mention names in his own backyard, like the names you cited, then you may be right.
PBC guys like Frank Martin, Isaac Cruz, Edwin De Los Santos can't even mention one another's name, and they'd rather mention fights
they know won't happen, anyways. And you know the reason why.

Very talented but doesn't hurt he gets to spar on the regular with Crawford and Ward before he retired. That's literally a cheat card. He is the last guy on everyone's list to fight so that must tell you something.

Isaac Cruz is angling for a Davis rematch so he won't go anywhere near anyone that could beat him right now. Case in point, Cruz is fighting the guy who's only notable win is beating Gabe Flores jr

Shakur dont got enough power to eventually keep bigger guys who can crack off of him
