He's not playing waiting game, is he? He wants everybody, including 2nd tier, 3rd tier fighters for stay-busy fights. He called out Jamaine Ortiz, Isaac Cruz, Zepeda, etc. They all turned him down.

Others like Frank Martin, Cruz want to head straight to money fights avoiding inhouse fights like Delos Santos. Even Haney now can't even take stay-busy fights like Ortiz, Muratalla, Nakathila, Ramirez, Commey, Pedraza, etc.

Stevenson is not one who ignores what's inside his own TR backyard. He can face them all without worrying about getting derailed. Look at Frank Martin. He's got Delos Santos and Isaac Cruz. I see him fighting those guys. I don't see Cruz fighting anybody though.
