To me, Crawford is P4P #1 but it not that relevant. There is no such thing as P4P Champion title belt or anything so they are just opinions.

You have a point but Crawford dominated a fighter that was on every legitimate p4p list (Spence). While Inoue was impressive, his opponent wasn’t on any p4p list. Quality of opposition.

Yes, Spence was higher ranked than Fulton P4P.

But I think the argument can be also made that,
Inoue moved up and dominated a bigger top 10-15 P4P guy in Fulton.

You can say Inoue's performance is a better definition of P4P.
