There's people who might think Bud has got more skills than pac now, but without being able to boast a barrera, jmm, morales, cotto, thurman, bradley on resume over 8 divisions and over 22 years Bud isn't going to be seen as having reached same heights and being in same ballpark as Pac is.
I agree with the point you’re making and the Crawford/ pac comparison. I think your Floyd/pac comparison is off because you make it seem like it’s cut and dry and many would disagree about who has the greater legacy. Whether it’s comparing champions faced, common opponents , the versions of those common opponents that they faced (I.e pac faced better versions of Marquez but Floyd faced better versions of Oscar, Mosley , Hatton and Cotto) , or their head to head match up. That example isn’t as clear as a pac /Crawford one.

You earn respect. Hiding behind negotiations and beating a bunch of second tier fighters merits the criticizing he has gotten. He has not even one marquee name and the only name he has was a good retiring friend in Porter.

I got tired waiting around for Crawford to step it up, wast of prime years because of a greedy ego.

So if Spence beats Crawford up convincingly, after being the underdog and deemed as less talented, will all of these lovers of everything Bud related give Errol his respect? I highly doubt it: it will just be more excuses, just like they do for his resume and walking away from negotiations to fight Avanesyan. Anything to massage his ego, but that ass whooping won't disappear no matter what they come up with.

He's fought in three different divisions. Calling him a weight bully is just ignorant.
Spence hasn’t won a belt anywhere except the welterweight division he fought bums at 160 n 154 then moved down

Will those bells go "ring a ding ding", or "ting a ling ling"?

This is the guy that said:

I'M #1 At 147 - I BEAT The Man That Beat The Man! (Jeff Horn)

                  I Don't Need Spence

I Don't Need Spence; Going To Hall Of Fame With Or Without Him

60-40 To Me Or NO FIGHT!

                  I Want Pacquiao, NOT Spence

Ricky Burns Was My GREATEST Fight (not Porter)

So...I mean, he's the one who seems to feel like he needs to keep explaining all along the way why he hadn't accepted the B-Side for years.

Meanwhile, Spence said straight up, he was waiting on Crawford because that's the fight he wants.

idk why they trying to make Spence out to be this modern Floyd may weather when he hasn’t really done much and he not the big draw some of his fans claim he is
And who has Crawford fought to be praised as this "ATG" fighter?
