That's not even a little bit true. Fury wanted the rematch. Then he didn't. Then he agreed to have it in again. Then they had a dispute over split for the rematch, in which Fury wanted more for the LOSER.
Oleksandr Usyk’s promoter does not expect an undisputed heavyweight fight with Tyson Fury to happen following the Gypsy King’s latest demand. After agreeing to a 70/30 purse split, as d…
Usyk pulled out at that point because the changes and demands were endless.
He could have accepted 70/30 no rematch, and Fury would still have killed the fight over ring size or glove brand, or weigh in time, etc. He said specifically it wasn't about the amount, it was about respect and not playing any more games.
The common denominator is always a scared opponent. No issues with Wilder or Whyte. Wilder is crazy and Whyte was cashing out but it got done.
Fury vs AJ didn't happen because Hearn pulled the plug once he realized AJ would get battered. He admitted this himself a couple weeks after the fight "fell through".
Hearn: "AJ isn't ready for Fury. He needs at least two fights before fighting him."
The Usyk fight didn't happen because Usyk wanted a rematch with bogus conditions.
The Andy fight didn't happen because Andy wanted 20 million when Fury barely gets that amount without Wilder. Literally impossible unless the Saudi's are willing to pay (they aren't).
Fury vs Zhang was on track until Joyce activated his rematch clause.
Like I said before. Fury will fight anyone If the money is there. He's scared to lose unless there's a massive paycheck at the end.
And the Klitschko rematch didn't happen for reasons beyond Fury's control.
With the ordered Wilder rematch he happened to need a new network deal which took him in another direction to the very dangerous big fight against Tom Schwarz.
The Whyte fight ordered by the WBC nearly got scuppered when he demanded an exceptional split.
The Wilder trilogy fight he was obligated to fight... well he just didn't want to do that.
But at least it being ordered by a judge stopped the fight he was apparently desperate to have with Joshua.
The Usyk negotiations fell apart... then he got real brave again when Usyk's mandatory was ordered. Similarly he made noises about Zhang once Dubois initiated the rematch.
Never his fault. It's just everyone else, including drug authorities and that magical little demon 'mental health'.
So why was he asking for more money to the loser? He would have gotten 70 in both fights if he won the first one, but he was quibbling over more money to Usyk if he won.
Or...
Could it be that he wasn't sure he'd win?
If you can't put two and two together, there's no helping you here. This was as blatant a duck from Fury as it gets.

Fury becoming a druggy to duck Klitschko is a pretty funny conspiracy but Fury was just a crackhead.
Fury still went on to fight Wilder and demolished him easily in the rematch. The Fury vs AJ negotiations were going fine until Wilder won the lawsuit and the third Wilder fight happened quickly.
The Whyte fight still happened because Whyte wanted the fight.
Frank mentioned Zhang being the frontrunner as Fury's opponent and negotiations going well before Joyce activated his rematch clause lol
Fury didn't get brave after negotiations fell apart. Fury disappeared while Klimas and Warren explained what happened with both confirming the fight fell through because of the new conditions Usyk kept adding.

because boxing is a business and nobody cares about legacy
Why would Fury accept a deal that doesn't guarantee him a massive paycheck?
Why didn't Usyk accept 50/50 if he wasn't ducking Fury?
There is no boxer that is 100% confident they will win every fight hence the bigger stars asking for the bigger or equal share against top/popular opponents.
Ngannous last fight almost 2 years ago did 350k ppv buys. He's not some huge star. McGregor was doing over a million buys every fight when he fought Floyd. I think they will try to sell this junk but it might flop.

So after that long list of coincidences that cost Fury big fights... you're still sticking with the 'it was everyone or everything but Fury's fault' line.
