Lol this is from the grown man crying over some boxer because he has the hots for him. Nothing you types bothers me kid. Each time you make a post i proves how little you know about boxing. Please continue so I can the rest of the people here can laugh at you.

Shavers beat guys who were in their primes and who were good fighters. Wilder beat a 40 plus year old Luis Ortiz. Shavers lost more fights because he fought in a better era and fought better opponents. Even the bad opponents doing that time frame were still in shape, still knew how to fight a little and you seen few guys 40 plus years old still fighting. Your man crush Wilder is a D minus level fighter who got knocked out by a fat crackhead in Tyson Fury. Deal with it kid. Is a new Pokemon and Dragonball Z game out now? If so play them and stop pretending like you know a thing about boxing.
Wilder would land way bc shavers did . You calling me kid is also laughable I watched Ali when he alive and sat next to the guy at an event so good luck with that conversation ? Lol

Also what does any of this have to do with Shavers vs Wilder? Shavers lost because he fought better opponents than Wilder has faced. They both have high knockout ratios because they cherry picked their opponents but that being said Shavers still would beat Wilder more times than Wilder would beat him.
Dude, Shavers lost to Bob Stallings,

He aint as good as Fury

      He lost to Ron Lyle

He aint as good as Fury

He lost to Bernardo Mercado & Tex Cobb

They aint as good as Tyson Fury.

So, yeah, he lost to some greats, but he lost to some guys far worst than Luis Ortiz & Tyson Fury too.

Shavers was 6 feet and likely not a true 6'. Wilder would've stayed on the outside and Shavers would be out by round 5

They have waaaay better PEDs now than the 70s. 35 was ANCIENT for a boxer in the 1970s

Cute story kid. Wilder beat a old Ortiz. Shavers beat better fighters and lost to fighters way better than Fury. Shavers lands one punch against Wilder and he is done.

Wilder was the much better athlete but Shavers was more skilled and had the much better resume'.

It's a 50/50 fight. Whoever is first to land the big punch on the other's chin or temple is going down for the count. Shavers certainly fought better competition and nearly beat Holmes and some argue was robbed against Ali. He was just inconsistent and you never knew which version of Ernie was showing up that night. At his best, I think he beats Wilder.

He took a much better punch than Shavers. So, therefore he had a better chin. Likewise, Wilder had better stamina too.

If you go back and watch Earnie Shavers fights. You will notice the times when he got his opponents hurt and couldn't put them away. He will often punch himself out and get himself knocked out or damn near knocked out.

Just go back and watch his bouts with Ron Lyle, Muhammad Ali, Larry Holmes II and Randall Tex Cobb. Lastly, Wilder stood 6 ft.7 in. tall with an 83 inch reach advantage. While Shavers stood only 6 ft.tall with a 79 inch reach.
