I appreciate that. And I get what you are writing about being in the ring with other studs. GGG just had that weird career trajectory where he started later after a long amateur career. He probably wouldnt have been undefeated for so long had he came across them with matching pro primes, but he probably would have gotten a couple bigger name scalps too.

Hall of Famer, top 5 middleweight ever and a great human being. If he’s done fighting wish him the best in the future.

Umm...care to share that top 5 list?

GGG is a victim of modern matchmaking and politics. Couldn’t get the big money fights until he showed signs of slipping with age, and since he wasn’t roided up he actually aged like a normal person. Mad respect for him, def an all-time great.

I think he should call it a day. Semi-decent career, lots of money, health still in check despite being past forty. Be smart, kid.

GGG is a top 3 middleweight historically

I have him #1 head to head.

GGG holds the #1 win in middleweight history.

He beat Canelo twice. No other middleweight has defeated someone as great as Canelo.

Crazy how Abel Sánchez made GGG in America. He would be the one promoting him, doing interviews, keeping his name in the media, not to mention how long he trained him for, only for GGG to get greedy when he landed the big contact with Dazn.

What accomplishments (IE, something he did that no one else could have done) ?
