GGG "Anyone from 154-168" can get it.

What Ward? no 168 for you, you have to come down.
Canelo? what no 154 for you, only 154 for Floyd. You come to 160.

What a joke. You can cry that nobody will fight you but then not be willing to take risks yourself or make moves as the B side to land big fights.

Lots of people hate on him, but thats how things are for all fighters. Havent met an unbiased fan yet who said he lost the first Canelo fight, but plenty biased fans will claim he lost others he clearly did not (Jacobs). Best MW in the last 18 years, for whatever that is worth.
Best MW in last 18 years which would be 2005? Better than B-Hop, Felix Trinadad, Jermaine Taylor, Winky Wright, Fernando Vargas, Ike Quartay, Vernon Forest, Sergio Martinez, Kelly Pavlik???? Do you think if 3G was fighting those guys he would be an undefeated KO artist. This is not a rhetorical question..

"I'm not fighting GGG at 168" - Andre CoWard

Ward will be forgotten. nobody cares for his style. just like nobody talks about Larry Holmes. who saw his documentary lol

GGG like Tyson will be remembered for the rest of time. KO is what people want.

GGG also made 10X more money than Ward.

          GGG > Ward

I specifically chose 18 because thats when B-Hop moved up. I think he's better than Pavlik, Taylor, and Sergio, and I postponed my wife going to the hospital for the birth of our first child cause I wanted to watch Pavlik and Taylor fight (so a fan of those guys).

Tito Trinidad hadn't won a fight since 2004, more than 18 years ago.
Winky Wright has one win since 2005, so he would have been past his best
Quartay was past it by the time he was a MW, and didnt do much there in the past 18 years
When did Vernon Forest win a fight, let alone actually fight at MW?
I don't believe Vargas has a MW win in the last 18 years.

Most of the guys you listed were either done fighting as a MW by the time I listed, didnt fight at MW, or pretty much past their best within the time period.

Pavlik, Taylor, and Sergio were the only three who were actually in their prime MWs during the time. I like all of them, but GGG is better. Not saying if they all fought GGG would be undefeated, it would be a blast to see them go at it and they would be good fights, but he was the best of the four.

Canelo had 3 fights at the 160 MW limit. First two GGG fights and Danny Jacobs. I thought G won the first of those (despite being on the wrong side of 35) so I think he was better. But even w/o that I have a hard time saying Canelo was the best MW since BHop simply because he fought so few fights at the weight.

Sucks that the meaningful part of Golovkins career he was around 35+ years old but we all know damn well that him late 20s to early 30s he was a H2H beast. People would argue otherwise but they wouldn’t definitively bet against him and they know it. It’s not hard to see how much he changed physically in those 5-7ish years.
