I'm really excited to see who will fight for the prestigious vacant IBO title.

I wish GGG the best though, maybe one more good fight and he retires soon hopefully.

Much less of that of course. Just in the sense of the hype never turned into what was expected. Golovkin got started too late I think, whereas Tyson fans just think he magically turned past-prime on his way to the ring vs Buster. And Holyfield probably had 20 harder fights than any of his with Mike, his ear being bitten off aside, which shows you Tyson's actual level. Nash out

He’s got a stable of fighters that he’s been building since late 2008. I think he’s done fighting with the exception of being made an intriguing offer that lets him showcase his fighters. They’ve been pouring money into athletics in Kazakhstan and I’m sure he’s been collecting his fair share. Whatever the future holds, he gave us all great moments in boxing. Sucks the man had to wait three years for the wbc belt as mandatory. Folks can talk all the shhh they want, this man was avoided for eons by guys y’all rate higher than him.

It was golovkins fault that fight stalled. Canelo told him come to 154 and it's done. Golovkin said no. Canelo said ok catchweight. Golovkin said no. But he did say yes to fighting Floyd at 154. But when it came to canelo Abel Sanchez refused. Golovkin refused to make any concessions as the B side. So all that talk of canelo aging him out is nonsense. He's the one who challenged canelo. You can't challenge somebody then demand them come to your weight. Especially when they're the A side.

Bottom line is Golovkin is overrated. He lost to Danny Jacobs too. Lost to dervychenko. He doesn't have a single career defining win. The white media did their best to make him into this all time great. But the proof is in the pudding. His resume is trash.
Facts. Finally someone that knows what they are talking about

Lots of people hate on him, but thats how things are for all fighters. Havent met an unbiased fan yet who said he lost the first Canelo fight, but plenty biased fans will claim he lost others he clearly did not (Jacobs). Best MW in the last 18 years, for whatever that is worth.
Can you list these "Slew of bigs wins" you're talking about???

Canelo ducked Golovkin for years until there were absolutely no excuses left and he had no choice. When the WBC has to take the belt away from the biggest star in boxing who is Mexican for avoiding a fight it’s case closed!

Charlo hasn't fought in 2 years, why not head over to PBC and take a fight with him for one last payday if possible

That's a nice retirement fight GGG vs Munguia, don't mind that one at all, could be his last hurrah.

Geale, Macklin, Murray. Those were all high quality fighters who were in their primes, in the early 10s when GGG fought them. There is a step down to guys like Proksa, and Rubio who were both good fighters who were also in their primes at this time.

                      Just to be fair...

If Golovkin's resume is full of bums, certainly the same must be said of Crawford. Right?
