Man Canelo a disgrace. He’s fighting yet another world champion in an another higher weight class. What a disgrace. If only he was like Jermall Charlo holding a belt hostage for over 2 years and his last fight was fighting someone who had never even fought for a world title like Juan Montiel. Or if only Canelo was like Demetrius Andrade who is already past his prime and wasted his whole career running away from the big names and when he was scheduled ti fight Jermell charlo he pulled out. If Only Canelo was like Terrence Crawford who in his last fight fought a uknown Bum David Avenesyan who had never beaten any elite fighters in his life. And Crawford holding the wbo belt only beating washed up semi retired fighters like Porter Khan and Brook. Oh man what a disgrace Canelo is, he keeps fighting world champions left and right and other fighter like John Ryder who actually beat someone like Daniel Jacobs.

why doesnt he fight charlo and andrade then? theyve been chasing him for years whilst canelos been fighting old men and bums, people are acting like youve got to be an ATG to fight canelo yet he has fought john ryder, yildirim etc and about to fight a washed up old has been who i didnt even know still fought but when you mention charlo, andrade its as if they arent worthy to share the ring with canelo....

Not only is this choice underwhelming, Canelo may very well lose this fight. Bivol deserved more money in the rematch for sure but Canelo (as rich as he is) wasn't having it per ESPN Deportes. At least with Floyd "everyone got paid"

Which makes him the stereotypical Canelo opponent. He's a great fighter, but he's made his career picking off big names past their primes. His biggest named wins: Moseley, Cotto, Kovalev, and each of the GGG fights, came against guys on the wrong side of 35. Even his biggest name that he lost to (Floyd) was 36.

I mean heck, its a smart tactic, GBP built up this brand wisely. But this aint nothing new for Canelo.
