Canelo is chubby even at 175. Badou jack is not as good as Bivol, but he is a big guy. he should have enough power to beat a smaller dude.

Belts are ruining boxing

Promoters need belts so that they have another role - purse bids , writing to sanctioning bodies about rankings .
They then mislead everyone that fans care about belts and inflate purses so they get a bigger chunk

Boxers shouldnt want belts. Its just making the overall pie smaller. They give 3% of the purse for what? The sanctionin bodies are pimping everyone

Canelo is gonna go for 5 division champ status and thats what the history books are gonna say. And he will be lauded for it in years to come. His name will be prefixed by the moniker "5 division champ". Thats the society we live in. No-one spends the time to understand anything. Its a quick fix society. No-one except us here at nsb will say but canelo didnt beat the man at 175 or 200lbs.
