Will Top Rank look to rob Lopez

This is a big possibility if the fight is close. Teo has gone public about TRs corruption. I can see them doing everything possible to see Lopez lose.

I'm more leaning towards a KO loss for Teo, if his mind - as it appears - is not focused enough on boxing.

On the other hand, Taylor himself has had alcohol-related problems in the past. Alcohol is a bad beast, and in fact Josh ****** the last time out.

So the question is, what Taylor and what Lopez will be on that ring?

I would not exclude a draw, at this point.

Doubtful. Taylor should take it. Also Top Rank doesn't fix fights as much as pbc. Pbc has been a hot streak of robberies this year

That was not a gift but a close fight just like Taylor/caterall.

With that said Martin is not the name Taylor is. TR loves them some Taylor on one of the little count downs on YT they dedicated a 10 min segment to the fight where Taylor covered 7mins of it while Teo literally got 2mins and Zayas got 1min.....kid you not go check it out.

Top Rank is not happy with Teo that's a fact.

bob wants to try to make some cash with him as he still has name value, he will put up with crazy for a bit to see if that can play out, everyone knows teo and his family are bonkers so dont really pay too much heed to his ramblings anyway

I dont think they need to. Taylor is about to have a field day with Lopez imo. Lopez does have a chance, albeit small.

If Taylor is remotivated to his old self, I dont think it goes to the judges. The Taylor that beat Ramirez will annihilate Lopez.

I suspect Top Rank feels the same way a lot of us do. They're probably pretty irritated with both fighters, and not going to bother spending on the outcome. It's a bit of a make or break for both of them. This could have been a way bigger fight without the nonsense from both of them. If they'd been behaving like professionals, they both might still be undisputed and this could have been a huge PPV.
