Just retire champ. Nothing left to prove to anybody, 5 losses in the last 8 fights, 3 losses to soft opposition.

Linares never had a chin to begin with. He was knocked out in one by Juan Carlos Salgado, at a time in which he was being described as the eight wonder. Then, more knockout losses came... If Garcia catches him, Jorge will be MATERIALLY chinless afterwards.

How can he be the future, if he can't beat the past? I think Pacquiao might be more dangerous, yet Oscar is trying to do that? How do you feel about that fight, at say, 144? Would you rather Ryan go down that route?

Linares just needs to retire tbh before he really gets hurt.
Ryan maybe soft and a flawed fighter but he'd brutally knockout Linares who frankly couldn't take a punch even in his prime.

There are a lot of guys that Ryan can fight win and continue making millions but styles make fights and Ryan needs to stick to fighters that stylistically match better than Linares.

I like Ryan but a same size, more technically sound fighter nullifies that left hook and ****s to the body. Watch Tank again, it was all ring IQ.
