He wants a Bivol rematch. Is that the easiest fight out there? The guy schooled him so I’m not sure how that is an easy fight…

Benavidez vs Morell PPV, that's why Ronnie approves now.

Benevidez is the best pay check for the moment. Not a lot of money to be made elsewhere at 168 right now.. Plant will probably take a soft touch before retiring. Canelo and Ryder are booked.

The fans would be the biggest winner of this fight. Both of these guys are all actiòn.

This would be one of the top 3 fights that could be made with guaranteed all action start to finish.

I really can't say who would win. They have 2 different, but very effective, styles that leave their opponents crumpled. It would be a great contest that, if promoted correctly, and would sell a good amount. The winner, or even the loser, could really put the beats on Cinnabon, but that's only if he can't find another Euro-boxer to look unstoppable against.

This would be a legit fight IF is gonna happen. I'll believe it when both fighters will get in the ring to fight each other.

No way does this fight happen next. Far too much risk for the reward for someone who is in line for Canelo money. Fans would love to see this matchup, but nobody is really clamoring for it yet, so no real pressure on David to take this fight just right now. David mostly likely takes on someone like Akmedov or Bully Melikuziev while he waits for the Canelo fight.

Why would the loser get black balled?

Ronnie seems to have changed his tune rather quickly. I’d love to see this fight sooner, rather than later; but given how modern boxing looks, this fight might take longer than we’d like. Hope I’m wrong: a fight between these boys is potentially epic.
