Morrel is a better fighter than Benavidez and he's a bigger danger to Canelo's reign at 168

Morrel is fast, explosive, great IQ, reflexes and stamina, good defense and footwork, sharp counterpuncher, and a southpaw too boot

Benavidez is just a Margarito with faster hands and less chin. He relies on his gas tank, volumen punching and being a weight bully. He'll get countered into oblivion by ginger

Benavidez is too seasoned, Morrell hasnt fought a guy with a pulse just yet its a big jump to DB.

Benavidez beats him from Pilar to post.

Benavidez crazy workrate, chin and power would be too much for Morrell.

Benavidez schools him at this point but Morell is game so let’s get it!

Based off what, who’s he beaten? The dreaded “eye test” strikes again.

Too early for me to tell, Morrell did look outstanding throughout his latest bouts, but he still hasn't beaten someone in championship contention. Aidos is in my opinion a gatekeeper comparable to Roamer Alexis Angulo.

Though, at his prime the Colombian would have won if they had fought. He had good performances against better opposition at their prime.

                  Roamer had:
-Derailed a 25 year old, USA prospect Anthony Sims Jr. (20-0 with 18 KOs) a highly decorated amateur (188-13 and 10x National Champion) via SD.
-Lost controversially at 38 years old against Edgar Berlanga (19-0 with 16 KOs) via UD.

                  Aidos had:
-Defeated by UD, a well decorated amateur (98-6) Australian Rocky Jerkic (17-1 with 13 KOs) who was 31 years old.
-Competitively fought and knocked out a 37-year-old Lennox Allen (21-1 with 14 KOs) in the tenth round, after he had faced Morrell.

I suspect Morrell has not enough gas in the tank to survive Benavidez's pressure.
