I don't even have to read it, its right when the weight cutting is wrong or excessive, both ways of messing up will have signs, what I see in Ryan is a fighter trained to pretty much perfection, Ive been going on about this since the fight was made and its turned out so far exactly how I said his weight would go, he will be at his best fighting weight tonight 148/151, Ryan as far as conditioning and fluid control is on the same level as a pit dog, this boy is ready to go he has wanted this and he has prepared like a man possessed, a very big live dog is Ryan in this fight.

So many people talk weight and pull a health study to prove a point that don't have anything to do with weight and a fighter because in a fighter its not medically priotised its best performance prioritised, that makes a huge difference in the data. For a fighter there is a perfect ounce and the wrong/right side of that ounce slides away from perfect on a scale, great conditioning nails that spot with around 3% on the drier side, that's the sweet spot. overall being wet is terrible for performance just as being too dry is, there is a perfect spot where a body has its most power its most speed and its fastest recovery rates after maximal effort, these are the ebbs and flows in fights.

Just to add being 3% dry at fight time is why a fighters electrolyte balance is soooo important, they can only drink water in the corner, the key is not so much the fluids its the electrolyte balance that can mess sht up.

What I love about this, is all the "see, I told you"s. As if his weight of 144.9 means or changes anything. I wonder what weight he would have had to be for someone to say "wow, I sure was wrong about this "

Oscar gaining 2lbs over 30 hrs should tell you something of a real-world reference, Lalonde was in the same boat and Chad Dawson, they had numbers that you think don't mean nothing.

In the real world the numbers tell you so much if you know what they mean, what are you referencing, truth is your lack of knowledge handcuffs you, and Im not saying that to put you down, you just don't know what your talking about on this subject, you may be a real smart guy but not here, youre running with gossip not fact.

144.9 doesn't mean shyt. Maybe he's been absorbing moisture like a sponge and he's on the scale with an empty stomach. that would not be great but would be as good as it gets under the circumstances.

Or, maybe he's not taking it in very well and he's standing on the scale with a 1/2 gallon of Gatorade in his stomach, because every second counts. I don't any better than you but at least I'm not pretending that I do.

It means a lot after a 136 weighin with another 10hrs to go , you dumb ass the numbers all relate to each other, Greyhounds don't lie and there is no difference between animal conditioning and man, after all we are an animal, its typical you cant be told, you are spinning BS based on nothing but gossip and you have no idea how handle facts thrown in your face other than trying to be a smart ass, beat me with facts that mean something and directly apply, or shut face and open ears.

If the rehadration clause do nothing, why did they ask for one? Surely you could 't be that naive.
