Do you know what the lack of them do to the muscles.

There is a reason why some teams use the de-re-hydration clauses.
Don't play the fool Tank fans.
But who says there will be a lack of fluids by fight time, that's the entire exercise about making weight and putting back on, you want to be slightly dry if anything its better than being overall wet, you can pack too much water into the cells and this can make you very sluggish.

Oscar tried convincing Ryan not to take the rehydration clause but the dumb kid wouldn't listen.
Jesus you're a whiny cry baby, all you do is cry about anything to nitpick over. the rehydration clause is doing nothing you idiot because of the time factor which allows another 4/6 pounds to go in after the weighhin, do you realize Oscar gained only 2lbs from the weighin over 30 hrs, Ryan is nothing like this at all, he has already put on 9lbs with 10hrs to go, he is all good and on track.

There aren't many sports where severe dehydration is considered optimal the day of competing.

It needs to change. It's one of the more barbaric elements of the sport. They should be fighting at their healthiest weight - and whatever division that puts them in.

Not sure if it's the DAZN effect or just that these fighters aren't well known globally. Unusual that our PPVs feel like decent value.

Rehydration clause limit garcia, he will probably be 70% in the fight. This should be an easy knock out win for davis.

Only its not severe dehydration, this is a professional fight at weight, the fuild level is held within tight tolerances, its been proven over a 100 yrs of fighting.

Why are people being extremist here, the fighters look great and ready to go.
