Intrigued to see if he'll have a better chin and recovery at 140lbs.
Alot of fans believe because he got stunned once there's a 'decent' chance you'll knock him out, just because of the Linares fight how many years ago LOL. Did fighters have a easy chance at KO'ing Floyd because he got hurt badly against Judah, Mosley & Maidana? Or Canelo with Cotto's brother?
Kambosos touched Haney a couple times with very good shots, he took it extremely well and came back with heat. Teo didn't take those shots extremely well.

Who exactly has been making an effort to fight Haney?

Boots has one mediocre performance and all of a sudden he's trash right? Give me a break.
You keep ignoring the BUSINESS of boxing. Which is personality, not skill.

This is a very fair point. I guess I’d like to see Rolly get another shot.

this guys is a bum who's only a topic of conversation because pbc has a habbit of stalling their fighters careers making them fight cans and hyping up said bums as far better than they actually are to make pbc fighters look better for beating them. the casuals aren't fooled.

Maybe that's the way prepubescent social media fans see it but to legitimate boxing fans it's a competitive pro sport where the best BOXERS should get the opportunities, not some sideshow clown like Rolly. This isn't a junior high popularity contest. It's a dangerous sport where no hopers should not be getting opportunities because they talk a lot of trash. People who aren't interested in watching the most skilled and accomplished boxers fight each other because they don't go "viral" on social media by spouting nonsense are the scum of the sport that should be permanently wiped clean.

I think what he is saying is only partly true. Most pure boxers are twelve round fighters who rely heavily on the three official judges scorecards.

Where I disagree is his assessment of both Haney and Stevenson. Neither guy is far from boring in my judgement. I know their styles aren't suited for every boxing fan but unlike him they are both undefeated and the most important thing; It's a successful formula.

If it is so then why change it?

"No matter how...you...cut it, slice it or weigh it", the BUSINESS of boxing is the only thing keeping it going.

Generic personality fighters will go nowhere because they won't draw money.

                      No fans, no boxing.

At some point, you and some others here need to come to terms with that truth.
