Dana White FORCES the best to fight the best every single week while in boxing it takes YEARS for the best to fight. No wonder people see boxing as a dying sport.

Quality is an unknown factor to MMA/UFC fans

It's clearly the Micky D's of restaurants.
You're basically scoffing at the idea that a ****ing combat sport has action

As for the quality comment, again, wouldnt action be one marker of quality in a sport, especially a ****ing fight? wouldnt the top competitors in the sport competing against each other consistently be another marker? wouldnt deep cards with multiple fights people care about be another?

Remove the kicking and MMA loses 1/2 the fans.

So why is it more popular than kickboxing and muay thai?

              @ ''popularity''

So ''popular'' only hardcore fans know who their ''stars'' are

Do I need to mention Brittany again

Only hardcore fans know who boxers are too....whats your point? the UFC if anything produces stars much more effectively than boxing these days for various reasons, has done for a while now. If you line up all the names involved in fights that have drawn lets say 500k+ PPV buys since 2005 the UFC has significantly more.

Also, isnt Conor the biggest star in combat sports since Floyd?

If you think boxers are mainstream stars more than MMA fighters in this day and age you are completely ****ing deluding yourself. Like there are objective metrics (PPV numbers, social media numbers, Youtube views for content etc) that clearly shows this to not be the case.
