Yeah that'd help. Still think Joyce is at an age where he won't make changes that are significant enough. Fought this way for too long. Obviously Zhang is older but this was an unfortunate wake up call for Joyce and possibly one that came too late.

When I first saw Joyce fight, I thought he was just a big, slow lug. But when I watched him manhandle Parker, I thought, "Wow, this guy may just have the goods to be a champion!" However, the fight with Zhang showed me that Parker just isn't big and strong enough to be a threat to Joyce, not so much that Joe is championship material. Fury would easily outbox him.

He’s not getting hyped he’s just getting his well deserved props for annihilating a fighter many thought he’d crumble to. Joe Joyce was the one getting hyped up and viewed as a viable threat to the likes of Fury and Usyk. So why not give that sane respect to the guy who just beat the top contender to the champs? The HW division is generally top heavy so of course a good win or two will move you up the rankings.
