It makes sense moneywise to Floyd to wait for the outcome of Cotto/Pac. He is not gonna roll the dice with with Mosley. All Floyd is give excuses in why not fighting any particular fighter, either they don't bring enough PPV numbers, to many loses, didn't get called out, etc...
