You’ve been watching fights for a while. You’re being uncharacteristically emotional tonight for some reason. Valenzuela learned tonight that when you have your foot on someone’s throat, you don’t take it off. I think he deserved to win by a couple points but I also absolutely believe that he left the door open for this possibility by fighting in spurts for no apparent reason.

I hate with a passion when a boxer is robbed. I remember Atlas so emotional over corruption. A fighter that is robbed has to claw his way back up, take hundreds of more punches, putting his life on the line just to reach contender status again.
