This is professional boxing, the fight and event of the undisputed Heavyweight title 'Has to be maximized'.

This is the first undisputed Heavyweight title fight for over 20 years.

Fury is the man fighting the fight, not any of his fans or boxing fans in general.

If Fury does not fight Usyk, but fights another genuine top level fighter. I will have no issue with this.

Far as I can see? The date and venue has been booked, Fury wants his demands met 'If they cannot be met, then this fight is going to be very difficult to make'.

Yes Usyk has more belts, yes he the more overall accomplished fighter 'And he is a big fighter'.

But Usyk cannot quite dictate terms and conditions to Fury. Even more so, because I honestly don't think Fury care as much as people think for titles.

I have always been adamant that Fury dislikes being a Champion. He does not like the idea of mandatory fights or that he is on everyone's radar 'That is why fights are extremely difficult to make with him and his team' Be honest with yourselves? I don't think there has ever been a Heavyweight Champion, who is unnecessarily difficult to work with. And Fury has got to this point because his hardcore fans, don't really appreciate or respect the morals of what it takes to be a Champion.

Fury is not held to a high standard, whether that be who he fights or how he behaves as a Champion.

But it is getting to the point where opponents are just closing in on Fury. The public demand for him to fight the best in the division, regardless of whether he thinks they are worthy 'That public demand is increasing all the time'. This is the life of a Champion, Fury is no longer the Prince of thieves 'He is the king, and fighters are coming for him'.

I have always stated that he does not like this way of life in boxing. It is easier in many ways being the underdog 'Less expectation and pressure, the pressure you have? Is mainly the pressure the fighter puts on themselves'.

If a fighter cannot take pressure of being a champion everyone targets they are not great fighter and should drop the belt instead of holding up the division and please don’t tell me Ngannou is a top fighter to have a title fight with because I’d have to X you out as another one of those guys on the list . Lol

Yes. Fury doesn`t really care about fighting top contenders and proving he beats them all. He would fight Lenier Pero and still claim he is the best in the world.

And the vast majority of his fans will go along with whatever he says and does 'Look at the reaction and constant very intense criticism Joshua has received for having Franklin as his next opponent'.

Boxing fans, and even within the media have all been criticizing Joshua. A Heavyweight who has no titles, and is a contender.

That is the standard Joshua is held to, he is held to a very high standard 'Still even now after two loses back to back'.

Well if Fury is to fight Usyk, that fight should be made within 2-3 weeks time.

I can definitely see fury wilder 4 happening. I've said this all along usyk is a horrible horrible style for fury and he's even said himself in the past that them sort of smaller ,technical fighters are the worst for him. He used to say haye would be harder for him to beat than wlad and his hardest opponent was cunningham

Boxing "fans" after the Whyte/Franklin fight: Franklin got robbed! He beat Shyte by a mile but Eddie Hearn paid off the judges because he wants Shyte as an opponent for AJ!

Same "fans" after AJ signs to fight Franklin: What a disgrace! Why is AJ fighting a bum who just got beat by Dillian Shyte?

C’mon man, the Franklin fight is trash. Fabio Wardley beats Jermaine Franklin.

I get AJ needs a confidence builder but this is ultra-safe matchmaking. This fight won’t tell us anything about AJ.

No, people are holding him to this standard based on what his promoter falsely claimed.

Hearn said: “it’ll be a top 15 opponent”. They were talking about Fury in December, they were teasing a Wilder fight. Then they give us Jermaine Franklin and expect people to be happy with it. Really?

If the Matchroom brass were honest and just said look, AJ is coming off two tough defeats, he had a mental meltdown post fight, he needs a tune up next etc etc people would have far less of a problem with Franklin being the sacrificial lamb.

To stay relevant to this thread, Fury will have the exact same problem if it’s not Usyk next. You can’t say one thing and do another and expect people not to call you out on it.
