again, thats not necessarily true. Crawford was fighting for a revenue split WITHOUT a guarantee. Transparency on expenses would have to be mandatory, to make sure the lead promoter wasnt cooking the books. Now it got a bit messy if he was asking for APPROVAL, because that would be next to impossible to achieve. But they could have agreed to the overall budget, and required mutual approval to go OVER budget. That could have been done quite easily.

Flip the script here and see if you still think PBCs position was fair. Lets say Bud is still with Top Rank, and Arum is the lead promoter. Should Spence just blindly trust that Arum is going to be on the up and up with the revenue? No transparency? The answer is a resounding NO. So why should it be any different just because its Haymon?

lol, I'm not going to go around in circles. It's an unreasonable demand from the position Crawford was in.

My statements are sourced from a person who actually does boxing contracts and negotiations. Someone who actually knows the game. Not my own opinion on the matter and me decided x is enough to do y because I said so.

So PBC and Espinoza hiding something and Crawford called me out on it and they chose to keep it a secret. What's lame and boring is that even after Bud left TR he retired Porter took 35% with no gareentee this fight still is not made. I personally dought it will ever be made. Yet it's Buds fault is the native being pushed by PBC cheerleaders. Your keep bringing up a promoter Rachel? Do you know her personally I've never even heard of her? You don't know who Eddie Hearn is? And Rachel Donaire is Nonito Donaire's wife and manager. A better thing to do would be you step back, look at what you don't know, and then look at the people who do know, see what they are talking about and ask "is it reasonable what they are saying?" especially when these people are neutral to Crawford and Spence. Two neutral parties who know more about this than you and I who are saying Crawford's final ask was never going to happen. It's not even about faults. I'm not saying anything about Crawford other than he made a demand that clearly, even people in the sport that do negotiations and organizing for a living at millions of dollars being made also are saying, was unreasonable without certain things done on his part.
