Only Bud Crawford would be willing to provide any answer to that, truthfully or not. You can't get anything out of the PBC mystery house. Even insider Coppinger couldn't get any detail other than the topic of guarantee and transparency, which is worth one day of talking to the phone in one hour.
Even Espinoza noticed the crawling pace of the negotiations when he said the other day, “So, in order for this to be a productive thing moving forward, there’s got to be a different way of going about it than sitting there and going an inch at a time over months and months.”
It sounded like he's about to throw PBC folks under the bus, but quickly changed his tune back to blaming Crawford with this new article.
Yeah, it usually take months before another Espinoza article comes out. Here it took only 5 days just to change his tune. I thought the first one had an optimistic tone.
