Pac became a draw after the de la hoya fight it's because of those fights and because pac got so big that Marquez also became big you gotta remember that most people feel that Marquez beat Pac twice. With that said Mayweather helped the numbers because he is unbeaten as well as arguably pound for pound #1. People who bought the fight wanted to see if Marquez could beat Mayweather since he did so well against Pac. That’s why Marquez sold the fight as well as the other reasons that I said earlier.
