No... he shouldn't. He should get in a full training camp and one fight at the next division. It is better for him and his body. I am sure this "hype job" will be glad to start wining straps in 2023. But I want to see a full career out of these fun fighters who actually, you know- fight. The ones that unify. And at these lower divisions, they need the big fights to earn the big money.

One fight to get his body up to speed. Then let's see who agrees to fight him. As opposed to you, I think Inoue has already shown he will fight whoever says "yes". What does Butler want to do?

If so, he won’t be fighting Inoue

99% of PBC fighters don’t fight the guys everyone wants them to fight.

Inoue will be automatically WBO mandatory now though, so Fulton has to fight him or vacate. You’ll become automatic WBO mandatory if you vacate and move up

Watch Fulton vacate, the people on this thread are already making excuses for him if he vacates, it’s a duck.
Why would he duck itsby-bitsy Monster when he's GIVING Figueroa, the most relentless fighter in the weight, a rematch.

Was anyone even asking for Fulton/Fig 2 at 126? Because last I checked we all wanted Fulton/Aleem and Fulton pulled the "He hasn't earned it" card.
Spence didn't drop his belts because he's willing to take his body through the grueling weight cut only for undisputed against Crawford, otherwise it's 154.

How long does it take to vacate titles? What's the process? Just a formalized memo sent to the president of the sanctioning body?

              Exactly.

Struggling is like how James Toney struggled and argubaly lost to unranked guys like Sanderline Williams and Merqui Sosa.

Or ranked guys like Reggie Johson and Mike McCallum x2.

But then again this is the same guy was beaten easily in his prime by unanked guys like Dave Tiberi and Drake Thadzi.

Hold on, isn't that the guy who you think would dominate and stop Canelo, AJ and Wilder?

Ok. I get it. It ain't about boxing it's about your biased feelings towards fighters. The fact keep calling Fulton "Cool Boy" like a fanboy and you keep using Figueroa as a comparison with Inoue when there are no comparisons to be made whatsoever clearly shows you just got the pom-poms up for Fulton and look for anyway to downplay Inoue no matter what bc he's held in far higher regard. Gotcha. Be a fan, not a fanboy. That ish is pretty corny.

It's his NICKNAME, no bias, the same as I called Inoue, MONSTER. I am a fan, and Fulton has lived up to being held in high regard. I like Inoue as well, I just don't think that he can beat Fulton. I was using Figueroa as an example of the difference in challenging aspects of the weight class that Inoue will face, but Fulton has been there and proved his mettle. Stop being so protective of one of your favorite fighters, its giving off soft vibes.

Nicknames. Soft vibes. Lol. That's all cute. I have no favorite fighter so you messed up there. You defending homie on every other comment my man. Just calling it like I see it. One guy is very good and the other guy is a P4P great. That's just a fact. A face-first brawler like Figueroa is definitely far from a blueprint for an all-around guy like Inoue. If Fulton accepts a fight against him, he's gonna hafta show some power to keep him off or Inoue's speed and power will eventually do what it does to his opponents. Just saying.
