We may still get an Ortiz fight, but if we do it’ll be guaranteed against some jobber in a stay busy affair.
Ortiz and Boots have been fighting landscapers their entire careers. It has to stop at some point.

No, I was referring to us, the fans, who are subjected to excitement before the big fight vanishes... Of course I wish Stanionis all the best, even if he himself appears to minimize the issue.

He wants to rest 2 weeks then get back into fighting/training? Isn't that too soon especially after any type of surgery?

2 weeks recovery would be superhuman, I had keyhole surgery to take out my gallbladder, it took 5 weeks to recover
