        Not sure.
All I know is if a new guy wants to make a name for himself almost immediately, this HW era is the time and place to do it.

Cus D'amato is the reason Tyson became champ, so no, it won't happen.

Debuts on Beterbiev vs. Yarde undercard

Long way to go to beat Mike Tyson's record, seems impossible but good luck to him

He has to many holes in his southpaw style and isn’t anywhere near in sync with his movements which are severely amateur which will take a few years to iron out so no ,he won’t be breaking Iron Mikes record and he will end up losing an early fight if he attempts it fighting the top guys anywhere before 2026 .

Undefeated in 22 amateur fights at what level?

I know some people are quite high on him

okolie said a 15 year old Ituma gave him his hardest spar.

Still, he’s young and we don’t know anything about his durability or anything yet.

Who knows though , records are there to be broken. He’s got 2 and a half years. The likes of Fury and Usyk might be retired then, Usyk will be nearly 40. Wilder will be about 40 too, Joyce will be too.

with it being the 4 belt era, and the division probably being significantly weaker in the next few years, it’s not out of the question you could end up in some easy vacant title fight and win a belt. Charles Martin got a world title..

so it’s not beyond the realms of possibility if they move him fast and get a bit of luck with the belt situation, vacant title fights etc

Agreed to all. But in order to be properly compared to Tyson, Itauma would have to grab at least three belts. It’s a tall order; but like you said, it’s not out of the realm of possibility. This kid is good. Good enough to be a dominant heavyweight champ at 20 like Iron Mike? I wouldn’t put money on it.
