Prograis and Taylor was damn close. Thought it was 115-113 or 114-114.
Ramirez doesn't want that smoke from Rougarou.Comment

I hope that Prograis makes his voluntary defense, against one of the top ten fighter's in his division.
We don't want to see any mismatches, especially involving one of our professional champions in the sport of boxing.Comment

If ramirez wants the fight he can call up prograis manager and make an offer to be the voluntary. Gaurantee that doesn’t happen tho .Comment

Thanks for informing.me my card was fixed as I sat there on the couch watching. Now please tell me where my belated payoff should come from (it's holidays, every little bit helps!).
On a serious note tho, we all have bias. As fans, some of it is towards a certain fighter or towards a certain style. I remember debating someone here on NSB about who won the first Cuadras/Estrada fight. Both of us saw it yet came to different conclusions, I'd like to think both of us were educated boxing fans. It was a difference of perception and bias.

I don't see anyone wanting to fight Prograis. Maybe Love because he lost and might want the opportunity or a unification against Puello unless Teo goes after that title.
Matias/Ponce is suppose to happen for the vacated title but no word yet. Sandor might take it because he has been on a streak of fighting top opponents and doing well. The fruit picker is going against Comey, a fight nobody asked for and it won't move the needle for him.Comment

Why do people always make excuses for bad performances against nobodies? "he underestimated him" "Bad weight cut"
So he's not a professional then? It could be argued that Taylor is 16-0-3 with draws to Postol, Regis and Caterall. Shocker that he's had every one of his fights at hime.
You'd rather make absurd triangle theories about who's more durable in fictitious fights when you can look at actual fights that have happened.
But I'll bite. You say Taylor beat Regis "better than people like me want to give him credit for.) I had it 115-113 Regis. Of the three judges that were ringside for the fight (In Taylors back yard) One judge had it 114-114 and one had it 115-113 for Taylor.
Boxrec also has a new feature right now where they average scores between fans (and pro refs) and the average score from 86 boxrec users is 115-113 Taylor, and amongst pro judges it's 114-114

But yeah, we are all haters I guess. What was your scorecard?
You have that exact excuse for every single time Toney lost to unranked bums in his prime or struggled with similar level competition in his prime.
You're the same guy who actually said that Roy Jones didn't want to rematch Toney because he was scared of losing to him if he was in shape
When in actual reality Roy Jones is at least 10 levels of the fighter James Toney is. Why the hell would he even entertain a rematch with a guy he totally dominated for every second of every round?
So perhaps you should take your own advice.Comment
