Why do people consider Anthony Joshua a coward ?

Commendable, how many times you broke up one quote. I'm too lazy so I opted for a color code inside your quote. Just in case you didn't notice.
Wilder wasn't any more proven than Parker when Joshua fought him and Fury was retired.
Wilder was an Olympic medal winner. Parker was not. Wilder had been a champion for about 3 years. Parker had been a champion for about 1 1/2. Wilder had 6 or 7 defenses. Parker had two. Wilder won his title decisively off a reigning champion at least one defense. Parker won his on a controversial decision in a vacancy fight.
Debatable. Offers have gone back and forth from both sides.

Again debatable. Since his return Fury has fought a few guys nobody had heard of then was locked into a trilogy with Wilder.

All of this could apply to the whole division really. The division hasn't been that deep. Joshua's resume is one of the better ones at HW right now.
When Ortiz was an interim Champ Joshua was inexperienced.

I'd say the Wlad fight was dangerous. He was way more experienced, was a big puncher and almost had him out of there. The Ruiz and Usyk fights were obviously dangerous evidenced by the results.

- - Blubber daintyboys think they taken over boxing, but The Feel currently in charge with all the belts and public interest, so BlubberBoy gonna have to take super short money after ducking AJ 75mil Saudi riches for the Deyonce trilogy paying peanuts.
Poor Blubber, big blubbery body with a tiny brain being drained for peanut butter again, a mouse of a shadow of a man.Comment

Exactly. His whole career has been the path of least resistance........for the most money. And even that approach failed, TWICE when he fought Usyk.Comment

I don't consider him a coward.
I don't consider anybody who steps in a boxing ring a coward, especially not no heavyweight.
But, it was also painfully obvious to everybody who'd followed boxing a little bit and wasn't an English Muffin that Anthony Joshua was product of Eddie Hearn & Team GB's hype machine.
All that talk about resume when there's only 3 HWs that mattered, Fury, Wilder, and Joshua.
Until he fought Fury or Wilder, he fought nobody.
Look at how easy Fury mows through guys like Whyte and Chisora. None of those dudes mean nothing.
We know that Hearn was never going to let him fight Fury or Wilder unless the conditions were 100% favorable to him, which is why Fury's jerking Joshua around now. He remembers how he was treated by Hearn & Joshua when Joshua was on top

Blubber walked on Hearns' Saudi guarantee of $150 mil split 50/50 with AJ to fight Deyonce for their peanuts trilogy.
Why U never say what nursery school they be keeping U in?Comment

Not ducking. Wilder obvilously ducked he didnt he just wanted the right negotiations which is rightfully at the time 60/40 fight which Aj recieves the most.People ignore it because it was a different point in time, much much later than the original duck!
