Boxing will die after Canelo and Fury. Inoue and Shakur are the only bright names after them. But, they won't be enough.

all these fighters suck and are not worth watching

To make matters worse, not only is it a talent issue but none of these prima donnas want to fight

          Boxing is dead

Ive been watching a ton of ufc lately and its way better. The best fight the best. End of story. No politics.

They also fight once a year now...fight 1 tomato can a year.

Ive also spenr over 20k in tickets over the last 15 years so anyone not calling me a fan can kick rocks.
I agree; Especially stateside it absolutely is.

Globally the sport is doing just fine. It's just in America where people are slowly beginning to lose interest in the sport due to bad matchmaking. The best fighters are not fighting the best.

It has been tough canelo is the only one Carrying the sport but like mentioned it's not enough. Last decade we had Manny and Floyd with Marquez and MAB doing there thing. Before that you had Oscar, Roy, Lewis etc.

For better part of the last half decade only canelo has been doing big things.

Most of this effect has to do with the mentality Floyd left for American fighters. Money first and risk and legacy second these new guys took that to new extremes because atleast floyd built a legacy while these new guys just have zero willingness to jump out they're comfort zone.

Fighters fighting once a year is what I can't stand. They might as well retire. It used to be only one or two fighters. Now it's the entire stable.
