Im not sure about this? Many thought Pac did beat Floyd. Floyd and Pac were out of prime so its up for debate whod have won in their primes. Pac after 70 fights of course was further from his best though. Cutting off the ring isnt important it just means Floyd can run away without scoring points.

Not sure how you brought up juicing here, lol. My quote in the sig was not directly related to Pac. It was a general quote that Mayweather said when asked. He was referencing how he goes into who he fights. Basically, as the original poster said, he needs to have some kind of advantages before going in to guarantee he'll win.
Aside from aging Pac out of his most dangerous point in his career and finally facing him like 6 or 7 years too late, Mayweather STILL took advantages beyond his arm length. He outsized Pac in body frame (undisclosing his fight night weight) and made sure Pac had to face him with a shoulder injury. Basically giving Pac absolutely zero chance to sc**** a points victory, let alone a KO.
Come on dude. Everybody knew Floyd and Pac's dimensions. Pac regularly fought people taller, longer, and bigger than Floyd and had no problems. There was no way Pac was going to outbox him, let alone knock him outComment

"Khan would have beaten Floyd because Khan has only lost to hard punchers, and Floyd can't punch!".
Since when have you needed to be a hard puncher to hurt Khan? Craig Watson in the amateurs, Limond, Gomez, Diaz and Vargas all dropped or hurt Khan, and none of those guys could crack an egg. I don't understand the idea that you need to be a hard puncher to hurt Khan.

Floyd was too scared to fight Manny in his prime, and when he finally grew a pair, he ran clinched and hid behind the ref for 12 rounds. His own pops told him he was scared.

He wasn't in his prime 70 plus fights already been kod and thats a fact you can't deny. Undefeated Hatton was a far better win a welterweight only problem is Hatton is nowhere near an all time great.

The fight itself was inconclusive imo. Nothing but Floyd running holding hiding behind the ref. I don't know how anyone could miss the ref Floyd would jump in tie up and the ref would jump in before Manny could throw anything. Can't count 10 punches landing clean or snapping Manny’s head back.
But we understand Floyd boys frustration because he didn't beat an all time great in their prime, and a shopworn Manny is all they can pedestalizeLast edited by djtmal; 11-18-2022, 07:00 PM.Comment

Floyds best wins at welterweight
Hatton
Guerrero
Ortiz
Madonna 2x
Judah
Baldymir
Real murderers row of guys who had height and reach advantages right there.
Don't care how you look at it, its plain to see Floyd cherrypicked mostly slow flat footed come forward fighters or shopworn guys like Judah who is gassing out after 6 rounds

Floyd was 38 and not near his prime, its funny watching you claim who is prime and who isn't, the truth is they were both past their best, they both were the best of their era they both came into the fight of winning form, Manny had his chance and failed miserably that is real, you lost and do nothing but cry like girl, I never run Manny down he was a great fighter just not as good as Mayweather and you cannot deal with that.

Thats not how you judge who the better fighter is. You get both guys in their prime at the their best both guys undefeated or 1 or 2 losses between them. Both guys in their prime so there's no excuses.
Theres plenty of fights to reference if you need to know what two guys fighting in their prime look like but unfortunately Manny vs Floyd ain't it and theres no excuse you can dream of that is getting past.
What you want to do as is your custom, is excuse Floyd because he was too scared to make a fight when Manny was in his prime and at his very best. Not coming off a string of victories after suffering a brutal ko loss. Thats a decent win. Definitely not an all time great win, and given the scared fashion Floyd fought, not even worth mentioning. How pathetic dudes sound when they want to brag about Floyd "easily" beating the guy then want to make excuses for him when its pointed out that he beat a 70+ already ko'd fighter. Ya sound weakasf,ck.
Now that I have pointed out the difference between an all time great win and a decent win, I expect you to act more like men and less like little fangirls.Last edited by djtmal; 11-18-2022, 08:13 PM.Comment

Ha listen here Roadie and any Floyd Boy reading. Let's be clear when it comes to Floyd/Manny Floyd got a decent win.

After Manny walked out they both then went on a marinating charade until the fight happened, and it happened ONLY because Mayweather approached Manny personally man to man and made the fight, he tried this direct approach twice before one time offering Manny double his biggest payday, Manny refused, at no point did Manny do anything directly to try and make the fight, all he did was to say publicly he wanted it while selling his next fight, never at any time did Manny lift a finger directly to make the fight happen, Floyd did 3 times approaching him personally to get it done on the 3 occasion, the last time he was successful- all facts.
When the fight was made they were both at the tail of their careers, both had winning form and both were saying they would win.
Prior to the fight, you were saying Manny was going to win, you wasn't saying Manny is out of prime and Floyd was in prime it was not mentioned, you only sang about how Manny would win, its after he failed to do anything did you come with a million excuses, and here we are years later and do nothing but spam Mayweather threads with sour g**** BS, you are a terrible poster constantly crying in your lap because your hero lost, he lost many fights because he wasn't on Floyds level and it was proven in the ring.

You're right. I felt that quote came when he was talking about Margarito with the wraps, but he was talking about Conor McGregor. My dude he was 40 and hadn't fought in 2 years. That fight was damn near an exhibition. You seriously holding Floyd for an easy gimme fight that pays 300 million, when he's 40 years old? You're acting like he was picking easy fights his whole career.

I would of picked Pac 100% to beat Jr. when he was around 30-31 yrs old. He was a monster at that point of his career. Though of course we didn't get it. At this point, I still don't consider that we ever saw the fight despite what was put out on a farce PPV.Comment
