there i just looked it up.

he had a few fights above 160 before he won his 160 belt.

he also had fights at 154 , is he a super welterweight now too?

agreed with you on this. it's the only fight I want to see bhop take, unless he calls it his retirement fight and actually retires.

and diego was #5 the same year.

and he was a full fledged 130 fighter and had a huge size advantage over floyd.

that proven MW tito had 1 fight at 160 before fighting hopkins. no coincidence that don king had him fight the smallest 160 champ first.

no, but you asked if he ever fought above mw and I answered. Yes he has. That's it. I haven't been trying to give him credit for the pavlik win. not one of my arguments. it's a good win just because of his age, but pavlik is showing his ass right now and coming across as a big vagina.

right, tito higher. my point exactly. if I remember right, floyd v diego was an even money fight, while tito was favored over hopkins.

              it's not pavlik. it's arum.

not to be racial but a white champ from a working class town is good money.

arum wants a few W's after the hopkins fiasco before risking another L.

probably best for pavlik. i think abraham would beat him.

From what i remeber Pavlik never looked good over 160 to be fair, but even so that kind of fighter is made for Bhop it was very good matchmaking to say the least..

Dawson on the other hand? why not i guess Bhop dont wanna take no more young fighters souls

Does it matter who was more favored?

tito had the bigger name and was a star that's why.

plus everyone and i mean everyone was sippin' on tito syrup at the time.

yes if we're going by expert picks.

no if going by betting odds. betting odds always favor the more known name to get bets on the lesser known fighter.
