The key word here is "could". You are blindly putting all his achievements to naught, which shouldn't be the case. Mayweather cheated his way against Marquez. That's cheating.

There is no "could." Mosley cheated PERIOD. His physique is at least in part from steroids. No matter how long ago he stopped using steroids the physique he maintains to this day and the STRENGTH he has was aided by STEROIDS and he now still has it. So he's still a cheater to this day.

Floyd didn't cheat, the promoters and commentators all explained if you were listening (which apparently you weren't) that the fight was a 147 fight, there was no cheating involved. The penalty was merely incentive for Floyd to come in at 144 but he DIDN'T HAVE TO legally nor contractually.

See the difference though between using plaster and steroids is that plaster at least is one time use only. But steroids enabled Mosley to obtain a physique and strength (muscles) that lasted him for the rest of his life. So in actuality to this day his dominance could be an extension of his cheating so yes, Mosley is still a cheater.

You don't know much about steroids, do you? Have you ever seen a bodybuilder on the juice and than seen him after he's been off it for even just a few weeks? The difference is incredibly noticeable.
