I think Ruiz should win as he has better resume, or rather better win. If ruiz can knock out josh he can ko Wilder. Anything else is eye test.
Im sure Ruiz can beat anyone on WIlders resume, not named fury. Maybe Wilder beats everyone on Ruiz resume not named Josh.
So you can have a case for Ruiz beating Wilder and you can put forward a case for Wilder winning. It should be a great win for either whoever wins. Even Ruiz should credit for beating Wilder, with Wilder coming off of 3 losses.

He'll say Andy gave him an autopsy and a knot on his brain caused by soaking his hands in beef brine like Jack Dempsey used to do. Then he'll blame Malik Scott for spiking his chitt'lins with fix a flat
Wilder has a lot of heart. Ruiz will have to knock him out cold in order to stop him from trying. And while Ruiz can ****, I don't think he can generate the level of power that Fury can. And he may not be able to stand up to Wilder's monster right.

Isn't every fighter confident of winning
Doesn't every trainer and promoter swear their guy is going to win ?

All jokes aside, everything u said is true. But i believe Andy can beat him. If he can stay close and hurt Wilder early

Andy can't sit back and be a counterpuncher. He has to attack and push Wilder around.

Or bring his sleeping bag with him.

Perfect assessment of the fight. Gotta give an in shape and motivated Ruiz a real shot here but anything less than that, Wilder knocks him out and might knock him out even if Ruiz is in shape.

All Ruiz has to do is be defensively responsible when hes in Wilder firing range and Ruiz must take his chances when he does get insider throwing combinations then get outta there, in and out and not loiter too lon. A bit like Pac wanted to do with Floyd.

You are delusional if you think so. Andy has a pretty good chance to beat Wilder.

Cool story, he's slow, he can't cut off the ring, he's waiting for you to go before he goes, who's the delusional one?!
