Ramirez fought like a spoiled rich kid thats too afraid to get hurt, not like a true mexican. There are plenty of fighters like that in the PBC specially and from other promoters too, they take it easy in the ring, dont take risks anymore, avoid the hardest fights, or if they take it, they will just breeze through.
